Grilled Cilantro-Lime Shrimp with Spicy Avocado Puree: We made this twice this week. The puree makes PLENTY - enough for probably 2-3 recipes of shrimp. Really delicious and super easy. The lime zest when cooked becomes crunchy and really good. This is a perfect quick summer dish! I will definitely make this again
