Setting Up a Sunday Juice Bar

Mimosa bar

Hosting an event but don't want to spend all day in the kitchen? These hot appetizers are delicious and easy to make.

Green eyes: my fave cocktail made with Midori melon liquer. MIDORI (1oz), Malibu Rum (1oz), Cream of coconut (1/2oz), fresh Lime Juice (1/2oz) and Pineapple Juice (1 1/2oz). Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Pour one packet of Crystal Lite Strawberry/orange/banana into a two quart container. Add one small can of pineapple juice. Fill the container to the two quart mark (with water) and stir. Now, for the really good part ... fill your favorite glass with ice. Pour in two ounces (OR MORE) of coconut rum. Then fill to the top of glass with the Crystal light/pineapple concoction you just made. Stir and enjoy! Summer time is coming!

Cute appetizer displays for wine tasting party or any party.
