Easy Chicken Parmesan. Fry chicken slightly first, then bake at 375 with sauce and cheese until cooked through.
Avocado chicken parmigiana-Mmmm. I was not expecting this to be so easy, but it was very simple and so fast! It turned out great and everyone loved it. We used some homemade pizza sauce leftover from another night. The avocado was perfectly creamy and added such a welcoming contrast to the crisp and moist chicken. We ate this with a salad, but I am sure with pasta it would be great too.
