      Crispy Roasted Chickpeas- Easy and Yummy! I used 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and dried off with a paper towel. Spread out on a cookie sheet and coat with a little olive oil. Cook at 400 till golden brown. (mine took about an hour and I turned them several times) Season how ever you want.... we use seasoned salt but the options are limitless. I've even heard of using cinnamon and sugar!
