Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake! Ingredients: 2 handfuls of ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee-choose whatever flavor you like, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, Truvia to taste or any other type of sweetener. Directions: Place all ingredients in blender. Blend it and then Pour in a drinking container, and enjoy!
Protein, potassium, and caffeine packed into this breakfast coffee! - The Protein Coffee recipe calls for a blender- I don't like to wake up my kids in the morning- here's my version- Fill cup with ice, 1 scoop of protein (I use chocolate whey protein), 1 C brewed coffee, 1 C almond milk, a little sweetener if you'd like, but I don't. Make it an iced coffee- I eat mine with a banana! It should be called- GET ME GOING!
