    Crockpot teriyaki Chicken ~ Yum 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs ( about 3 pounds) 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 6 tablespoons cider vinegar 3/4 tsp. ground ginger 3/4 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 4 1/2 tsp. cold water Hot cooked long grain rice Put chicken in 4 qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover & cook low for 4-5 hrs.

In a large bowl, mix the sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 4 hours. Bring liquid to a boil add cornstarch & water. Stir until thick. Serve with chicken and rice.

Crockpot teriyaki chicken. // I think I left the chicken on "Warm" after it had finished cooking for too long because it was a little dry. But the sauce drizzled over it was amazing. Great flavor for the chicken to disguise the dryness and was great over the rice as well.
