Red, White, and Happy Quilt 2 This was based on the Hop, Skip, and Jump quilt by Denyse Schmidt.

A bookshelf quilt! You could embroider the names of your favorite books on them. Would be a great hand-me-down for your children (the books would tell them a bit about you).

have used these kinds of strips, but didn't think of embossing solid colors for them--good idea

By Ann Tuck. Squares punched from paint sample cards, then two opposite corners rounded. Add Memory Box die cut leaf and a colored punched or die cut butterfly. Background stamp "Hardwood" by Stampin' Up was used for the popped up panel, stamped with bundled sage Distress Ink. All arranged on a white card base.

I'm not yet at this skill level I don't think. I do think the fabric choices especially make this pattern sparkle.

heart bookmark with fabric scraps, but I would love to do this and put a piece of embroidery or cross stitch in the heart!! What a cute way to share those little projects!!

handcrafted greeting card ... quilt design ... blocks of various sizes and prints ... machine sewing zig zag stitch on interior and straight stitch around the edge ... kraft base ... lovely card ...

This is the kind of card I look at and think "how come I didn't come up with that" and then go scraplift! Simple and beautiful - can't get much better than that!

a cute card made with chevrons created out of punched squares - would this work for a quilt?
