"Lunchbag" Swordfish with Mediterranean Tomato Sauce and Linguini

4 (6-ounce) swordfish, steaks

Produce

1/4 cup (1 small) minced red onion, small
1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh leaves
1/2 cup Red or yellow bell peppers, roasted
3 cups Vine-ripened plum

Condiments

2 tbsp Capers
12 Greek olives, pitted and sliced
2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

Pasta & Grains

1/2 lb Linguini, dried

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

6 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
2 tbsp Pepper olive oil
