This girl has awesome tips on eating clean and staying healthy. (I like all of her fruit ideas...somehow an apple just gets old!).

Somehow, this board is also clean eating :) Check out Clean Eating Recipes...she has so many meal plans and lists!!! Remember, GPers, clean eating with well cooked produce and white carbs is better than just eating junk. White rice is NOT as bad as chips, and homemade cookies are often healthier than store bought crackers.
