Fun Finger Foods - Cut 1 cm off the cherry tomatoes, remove the seeds. Fil w/ the tomatoe tapenade and finish w/a mini mozzarella ball. Put on a skewer. In a small bowl, mix the x virg olive oil, lemon zest & parsley. Roll the skewers in the oil, put in a serving vase or platter.

homemade brownies..these look crazy good! I have never made homemade brownies....I think I will start with this recipe.

Muffin in a Mug in under 2 minutes! 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 2 tbsp cocoa pinch of salt 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp water (ice cream optional) 1) add all dry ingredients 2) add oil and water 3) mix until consistent 4) microwave for 1min 40 sec (times vary) 5) remove (add ice cream) ENJOY!
