    Mongolian Beef. JUST made this for dinner. I made 3 changes: didn't have rice wine so I used reg white wine I had on hand; I didn't have green onions so I used yellow onions & thru in some green bell pepper too; I also added approx 1 tsp corn starch to sauce to thicken a bit. Was great! Will be adding this to reg rotation!!! YUMMY
