Mini Mexican Pizzas - 3-4 large tortilla’s, 1 cup cooked lean ground turkey, 1/2 cup salsa, 2 tsp dry taco seasoning, 1/2 cup low fat refried beans, 1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese

Oven Baked Tacos! Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!! Creamy Burrito Casserole Brown 1 lb hamburger or ground turkey & half an onion. Drain. Add a 16 oz can of refried beans & a pack of taco seasonings. Separately, mix can of mushroom soup & 4 oz sour cream & spread 1/2 of this in baking dish. Layer 3 torn up tortillas, meat mixture, cheese & hot sauce (optional).
