Cute Easter bunny rolls - use your favorite raised yeast roll recipe, and shape them like eggs, then poke two holes for eyes and pinch the ears up. Let rise, re-poke the eye holes if needed, and bake.

Usagi Manju (rabbit shaped traditional Japanese sweet) (Makes @ 24) INGREDIENTS: 2-1/2 c. flour 1 T. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1 cup oil 6 T. ice water 1 can red bean paste, azuki beans (smooth or chunky) 1 egg (for decorative purposes) INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all ingredients together until doughlike. Pinch small amount & form into ball. Flatten & place small amount of bean paste in center & pinch close. Place on ungreased cookie sheet & flatten with spoon. Brush egg on top. Bake at 350°F.

Orange Bunny Rolls. Pinner says: We made the lime option with cardamom for Easter breakfast. They were. awesome, but untwisted a bit in the oven as they rose (looked like they were trying to run off the pan) Next time I think I'll make the ropes thinner and the twists more losely to compensate for the dough thickening as it rises.
