Mini apple pies. Cute, perfect Fall dessert, and EASY! Instead of cutting pie crust into strips, try cutting pie crust into wedges (think crescent roll shape). Just seems like the logical way to cut, since it's round.

bite size apple pies ***Tracy's Note: I'm making these right now. I've revamped the recipe and I'm using refrigerated crescent rolls instead of refrigerated pie crust. ***In a word - DELICIOUS! The crescent dough works well. I used Macintosh apples for my attempt. Also drizzled half of them with maple syrup. Tracy tested - Tracy approved :)

Bite-sized Apple Pies. These were super yummy, but I highly suggest using crescents instead of pie crust.

Mini apple pie rolls! These maybe aren't the healthiest, but since they are tinier servings it sure beats having a whole pie in front of you.

Bite size apple pie: These were delicious., easy to make, And way better than apple pie. And your house will smell amazing! (my advise is to prep them and bring them to whosever house you'll be hanging out at so you can enjoy the smell)
