Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripe bananas,  1 cup of unsweetened applesauce,  handful of Craisins (or other small dried fruit), approximately 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, or to taste.   Mix all ingredients together and drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.  Bake for approximately 35 minutes (or less - you determine!) in a preheated 350 degree oven. Grease a muffin pan, mix batter, sausage, and syrup together --- pour in pan and bake for approx 12-18 min at 350 degrees! You can refrigerate or freeze for a quick pop in the microwave breakfast on the go!
