the tip used to make roses. its just two colours of buttercream layered in the piping bag and a quick and light hand piping in a circle around the top from outside inwards. The hardest part is actually holding and rotating the cupcake at steady pace to match your piping speed. The smaller the cupcake the harder it is to hold. SMBC
Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!
