Weight Watchers Cheese Cake. 8 oz light cool whip, 8oz light cream cheese, 2tbs vanilla extract and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix together until smooth and put in pie crust. Refrigerate for a few hours, put strawberries on. Ready to eat!
Definitely going to have to try this. I love my hummus, but the 2 tbsp serving size is really hard to stick to with all the veggies I'm eating! gotta have something to dip them in :) This seems like a healthier option.
I love Peanut Butter Pie, but I am going to try to make this with Better than Peanut Butter or Peanut Wonder and see how it turns out. Those only have 2 grams of fat per tbsp compared to 15 grams...a DRASTIC difference!!!
