      Jillian Michael's card workout- we used to do something like this in high school soccer practice every once in a while (with some different exercises), but it was killer!

      card workout ---used jokers too (50 high-knees). Took about 20 minutes to go through the whole deck. I switched up some of the exercises and included planks (multiplied by 2 for seconds to hold) Definitely will do this again. Quick right before you hop in the shower before you start your day. I also think I might put the deck of cards on opposite side of room and sprint to deck each time I need to flip the deck.

    The card game, it's fun and intense. So, you go through the whole eek, you pick exercises and when you draw say 5 of diamonds you do 5 squats, then draw another card, the goal is to NOT stop.
