Smoked Paprika Rub 2 tbsp ea brown sugar, sea salt, smoked paprika, 1 tbsp each black pepper, garlic powder or salt & onion powder or salt Combine spices; mix well. Transfer to jar. Coat meat w/oil then sprinkle some rub over top and rub it into the meat. Cover meat and pop in fridge for couple of hours. Remove meat from fridge about 30 minutes before grilling. Do not grill cold meat.
