LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD: ~ Recipe Courtesy of Kevin Lynch ~ All of the flavours of fully loaded baked potatoes including bacon, cheddar, sour cream and green onions in a potato salad that is perfect for summer entertaining and for a good Barbacue day
Slice whole potatoes almost all the way through, so that the slices are all still attached at the bottom of the potato. Drizzle with olive oil and your favorites potato seasonings, bake for about 40 minutes at 425
CRACK POTATOES 2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese 2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits 2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix 1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
Loaded Potato Casserole: 1 container (16oz) sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 bag (3oz) real bacon bits, 1 package ranch dip mix 1/2 bag frozen hash brown potatoes all in the oven at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes!
