Ingredients 8 medium potatoes (about 2 to 3 lb. total), peeled and cut into chunks 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat Milk cup light sour cream 1 teaspoon salt teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups pkg.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 6 slices

CRACK POTATOES  2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream  2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese  2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits  2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix  1 large bag (28-30oz)  Shredded potatoes    Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
