Apple Butter~6 lbs. apples – peeled, cored, and sliced. 1.5C water 1.5C sugar 2C brown sugar 1T cinnamon 3/4t ground cloves 1t nutmeg .5t all spice. Toss to Coat. Cook on the high, 7-8 hours, stirring periodically, with the lid on. If the mixture starts to scorch at all, turn down to low. All the water should evaporate, and the mixture will thicken. If the water hasn’t evaporated, cook with the lid ad jar. Use immersion blender to desired consistency. Store in Fridge.
