    Elbow Patch DIY: 1. put on your article of clothing and bend your elbows and mark the center or each elbow2. cut out an oval from a piece of paper the size you would like3. trace the oval onto a piece of scrap fabric 2x then cut out4. lay an oval over the center of one of the elbows and pin it down in the center5. put a piece of cardboard in the sleeve6. using embroidery floss, sew the oval on using any stitch you please (i just weaved my needle in and out so i wouldnt have to pull the thread through from the inside)7. repeat on other elbow ta-da!
