    For those of us trying to stay fit or lose weight, this is a satisfying alternative to a muffin or banana nut bread. Quick, easy, cheap! Not very sweet, but I thought they were tasty. I omitted raisins, just because I was out of them. :) Plus, you get TWO in a serving. Yay!

      Banana Nut Breakfast Cookies - Pulse One Cup Oat in Food Processor Until Coarse Powder then in a Bowl Combine Ground Oats with 1/2 Cup Whole Oats One Beaten Egg 3/4 Cup Low Fat Milk One Mashed Banana 1/2 Cup Golden Raisins Two Tbsp Ground Flaxseed One Tbsp Chopped Walnuts One Tsp Cinnamon One Tsp Honey and 1/8 Tsp Salt. Bake Scooped Batter on Sprayed Baking Sheet at 350 for 12-14 Minutes.

In med bowl, combine ground oats with 1/2 cup whole oats, 1 beaten egg (1/4 c egg substitute), 3/4 cup low-fat milk, 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup golden raisins, 2 TBSP ground flaxseed,TBSP chopped walnuts, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey, & 1/8 tsp salt. Scoop batter on sprayed baking sheet; bake @ 350 12 - 14 min.

      300 Calorie breakfast! Banana-Nut Breakfast Cookies Preheat 350. Pulse 1 cup oats in food processor until they resemble coarse powder. In medium bowl, combine ground oats w/ 1/2 cup whole oats, 1 beaten egg, 3/4 cup low-fat milk, 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup golden raisins, 2 tbls ground flaxseed, 2 tbls chopped walnuts, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tsp honey, and 1/8 tsp salt.
