Chicken Taco salad thats HEALTHY! There's black beans, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, chicken, avocado tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.
Cowboy Corn Dip --- I would take half and refrigerate it and put the other half in a casserole dish and bake it at 350 for 35 min. Then you would have a hot and a cold of the same dip. Outstanding! Karen
