I've made these before :) I don't remember where I got the original recipe (this isn't it), but I'm sure it was from the UK, smaller potatoes were used and they were called "Hasselback Potatoes" for some weird reason - YUM! Place the potatoes in the bowl of a large wooden kitchen spoon to make the cuts.
