Old-Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies with chocolate chips..... The modifications I made were I use a little more than a 15 ounce can (used roughly 18 ounces as I had a bunch left over), used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon & ground nutmeg, did not do the glaze instead I put in a 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips but you can use milk chocolate as well. I cooked some for 15 minutes and some at 14 minutes and they came out about the same.......YUMMY!
