    get your diet back to healthy! -Start right away, dont wait for Monday. -Plan out healthy meals ahead of time. -Get a good workout in (in the morning if you can to start your day off well!) -Drink lots of water! -Do NOT starve yourself to make up for overeating. -Dont fall into thinking well I might as well eat that ice cream since I already ate those chips or something along those lines! -Remind yourself of how far you have come. -Stay positiv fitness
