This is how we make this Cheesy Bean Dip: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups shredded cheddar (save 1 cup to sprinkle on top) 1 can refried beans, 1 cup sour cream, 8 oz cream cheese and 1 package mild taco seasoning, mix all together, sprinkle top with remaining cheddar, bake at 350 for about 30min, serve with tortilla chips
Mississippi Sin Dip- SO GOOD! Let's just say that I made this for a party and the ENTIRE thing was gone in an hour or less! I used light sour cream and light cream cheese (not that that really helps this "sinful" dip) SO good. Maybe add a few hits of hot sauce.
