    1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1 Whipped cream

    Oils & Vinegars

    1 tsp Vinegar

    Bread & Baked Goods

    1 portion Alan's pie pastry


    1 3/4 cups Butter, unsalted
    1 1/2 14 ounce can Condensed milk, sweetened
    2 tbsp Sour cream
    1/4 cup Whipping cream


    1 tsp Gelatin, unflavored


    12 2/3 tbsp Water

      Lemon Velvet Cream Pie: 1 rolled refr. unbaked pie crust, 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin, 2 Tbsp cold water, 6 egg yolks 1 1/2 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (=2 cups) 1/4 cup whipping cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup lemon juice, Whipped Cream, Thin lemon peel slivers. 375 degrees, 60-70 minutes.
