Chicken... 1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can water (an extra can optional for moister rice) Chicken breasts or tenders In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of soup and can of water. Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture, and cover and seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!"

Chicken Noodle Casserole **I get compliments every time i make this. I use shredded chicken and added some frozen peas then topped with french's onions. Next time, i'm going to add the onions into the casserole itself for some added texture and taste**
Bacon Wrapped Chicken with cream cheese filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, garlic. Divide the mixture into 4 balls. Place 1 cream cheese ball in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half. Fold the chicken, wrap with a slice of bacon, secure w/ toothpick. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour the butter over the chicken. Bake 30 mins.
