Here is a really cool DIY wall art idea. A canvas with lighted branches and moss is perfect way to bring some nature and light into your interior. To make such canvas besides lighted branches you’ll need a bundle of sticks, a bag of moss, green canvas paint, canvas molding paste, paste spatula, a paint brush, E6000 glue and a staple gun. if I ever have the change to get rid of the existing island in my kitchen ... love this concept with the extended eating area.
Wax paper makes for a nice faux capiz shell chandelier. @Brenna Berger (paper & ink) has a good tutorial!
Another pinner said, "Just need a round foam paintbrush - Did this for my bathroom! Used all the grey colors from the walls and a green, pulled from the shower curtain. Super simple and turned out perfect! I would use teal instead of yellow." Rhonda: Mom for your grey bedroom!!
Alisa Burke (one of my favorite artists) uses house paint primer to create a make-shift canvas out of cardboard boxes. Brilliant! It worked out pretty well! Waiting for another box to get finished to finish my set cod three for our office.
