I used brass threaded inserts to mount the milling head aluminum base plate to the cabinet that I built for the Unimat. Don't drive the inserts with a flat head screw driver! Instead, hand drive (no power) the insert using a drill press with a rod threaded on one end end and two nuts to lock the insert.
