An easy way to track RSVPs! Guests often forget to write their name on the response card. With this invisible ink pen, just number your guest list and write that corresponding number on your RSVP card. They'll never know it's there!
MUST DO FOR RSVP: Text Message RSVP's, simply print your "keyword" (in the pic the keyword is EricandSarah) and 444888 on your RSVP cards to give your guests another option besides mailing it back. Once they RSVP, they'll get a link to your mobile wedding website as well as a reminder and thank you text message... Wow! Gotta love technology :)
Figure out who's even coming to this thing.
MUST READ FOR ALL FUTURE BRIDES. This is where you can buy supplies for your wedding from other brides. Lets say you bought 60 green table clothes because it was cheaper than renting, you go here to sell it to another bride who can use them and save everyone some money on items that would otherwise be thrown out or collecting dust. --pin now read later
Best advice someone gave me that helped a ton, NUMBER your rsvp cards because some people write a note where they should put their name and you have no idea who it is! Once you get them back in the mail, go into your excel spreadsheet and mark them coming or not coming. Then you also dont have to worry about losing the cards and you can easily tell who still owes you one! (For the OCD planner in me)
