Adding texture with tissue paper. Easy-peasy.

Add texture to patterned paper by glueing tissue paper over the top. Screw up tissue paper before adding to paper with wet glue. Run through Big Shot for a good adhesion.

All you need is a mold or a rubber stamp, toilet paper, brush, and water. That’s it.    Lay one ply of tissue on top of the mold or stamp and dab on water with a brush.  Continue to do this for at least eight layers. Use the brush to push the toilet paper down into the image. Then let it dry, and pull the paper off the stamp and you have a piece of molded tissue art!
