no flour, no added sugar... just oatmeal, apple sauce, pb (i used cookie butter), dried fruits and nuts.... i doubled this recipe to make 18 bars in the perfect brownie pan.

Healthy Blueberry Muffins Recipe  (makes 6 muffins)  1 cup granola (such as Cascadian Farm Organic Oats and Honey)  1/2 cup whole wheat flour   1 egg  1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup frozen blueberries  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon    Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a muffin tin with foil liners or spray with non-stick spray. Mix ingredients with fork and spoon into six muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!

Good Toddler Muffins - These lightly sweet muffins are made with bananas, squash, and carrots, and are perfect for getting veggies in at breakfast. Gotta make these!:)

This Cinnamon toast turned out soooo good.  The kids loved to have it for breakfast.  It had the perfect spread amount of sugar and cinnamon, and the vanilla added a nice flavor.  yumm

Muffin Omelets :  whip eggs W/1tsp milk per egg. Add cheese ham and veggies (onions, peppers) optional. Mix and pour in greased muffin pan. Bake @350*for 20-25mins

Maple Sausage Pancake Muffins Recipe: 2 cups of pancake mix, 1lb of sausage cooked and drained (I used a tube of Jimmy Dean's maple flavored), 1/2 cup of maple syrup. Grease a muffin pan, mix batter, sausage, and syrup together --- pour in pan and bake for approx 12-18 min at 350 degrees! You can refrigerate or freeze for a quick pop in the microwave breakfast on the go!
