Healthy Blueberry Muffins Recipe (makes 6 muffins) 1 cup granola (such as Cascadian Farm Organic Oats and Honey) 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a muffin tin with foil liners or spray with non-stick spray. Mix ingredients with fork and spoon into six muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
Maple Sausage Pancake Muffins Recipe: 2 cups of pancake mix, 1lb of sausage cooked and drained (I used a tube of Jimmy Dean's maple flavored), 1/2 cup of maple syrup. Grease a muffin pan, mix batter, sausage, and syrup together --- pour in pan and bake for approx 12-18 min at 350 degrees! You can refrigerate or freeze for a quick pop in the microwave breakfast on the go!
