    Blueberry Slump ~Whisk 2 C flour, ¼ C sugar, 4 ½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp kosher salt; cut in 4 tbsp butter. Stir in 1 ¼ milk, just till a moist dough forms; cover and chill. ~Heat oven to 400° Boil 1 ½ C sugar and ½ tsp salt, 1 ½ lb blueberries, 1 C orange juice, ¼ C fresh lemon juice in a 12″ iron skillet to dissolve sugar. Form chilled dough into 2–3″ dumplings and drop on top of the blueberry mix. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
