Parmesan Crusted Chicken---- my modified recipe---- 1/2 cup mayo/plain yogurt, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 4-5 chicken breasts, 4 teaspoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs---- coat both sides of chicken with bread crumbs, option- add lemon juice and garlic powder for flavor
Crack Potatoes-2 (16oz) containers sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 (3oz) bags real bacon bits (I use Real BACON!!!) 1 packages Ranch Dip mix 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes.-Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes.
Chicken, potatoes, green beans (or broccoli), pats of butter and an italian seasoning packet poured over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Super easy and it turned out great! Will for sure be making this again!
Chicken and Biscuit Casserole. 1 Pillsbury biscuit tube 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (regular sized), ½ cup of Sour Cream, ½ stick of butter, 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 cup mild cheddar cheese 3 TBS milk. Bake 375 35 min. mmmmmm!!
