    Charleston Cheese Dip and other fun dips (JEN edits on Charleston Dip- increase mayo to 1 cup, increase mont jack cheese to 1 cup, increase bacon to 10 slices, use 2 dashes of paprika, add a 1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard, and increase green onion to 4 and use the 4th one to garnish the top. Make sure you soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds before mixing. For variation, omit the cayenne altogether and mix in half of a finely diced green jalapeño pepper!)
