This makes a great point. When people tell me they "can't afford" to eat healthy food, I discuss their shopping list with them. Once we eliminate chips, soda and processed foods, they find they have more than enough money to buy produce, healthy meat and whole grains. Eating healthy isn't more expensive!

.yes yes I have to start back eating a clean diet ugh but you get the best results from that no salt or sugar or processed foods that means NO CHEEZE ITs lmbo

Some short morning workouts for when you forgot to set the timer on your coffee maker. All bodyweight exercises that don’t require much space, so you can even do them in a dorm room!
