Yeast Free Pita- Okay, must tweak A LOT, but this might work.  No xantham gum, whole wheat flour instead of gluten-free since wheat is the one thing she CAN have (LOL!), cream of tartar/baking soda blend instead of baking powder, sea salt instead of iodized salt, olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and water instead of milk.  I can do this!  Hope it works!
