Forget the timeline, I want to stripe my long hallway wall. I think this is what it needs to add a little oomph. your relationship as a timeline on your wall in master bedroom. I love this.

marriage relationship timeline on master bedroom / hallway wall... ...this idea makes me cry for all the photos we lost when our house was robbed... Both computers and backup were stolen (pre iCloud), so we have no photos from the first 4 years of our marriage. :-/ ...EVERYONE PRINT YOUR PHOTOS NOW!!! Possible weekend DIY: Simple wood headboard with mudcloth. Love this!

beautiful. wooden floors with vaulted ceilings, and full length french doors to a balcony for top floor (repeated three times like a castle)... something cork and quartz for the middle floor, then slate and limestone for the first floor... with swimming areas and gardening, and a preserve bank and speakeasy in the basement. believing is halfway there!

Entry way organization option - love the idea of a bench or wide chair for putting on shoes, and a different backdrop behind - maybe some sconces?

"seems very whimsical yet sophisticated" -quote by someone else. But that is kind of the look I like... doesn't really go together... and yet it does. Elegantly funky.
