Bacon Sour Cream Potato Salad- Boil red potatoes just until done night before. Slice not dice with skins on ,half sour cream, half mayo, green onions, salt/pepper, celery?, crispy bacon. Best next day.Try dill, chives, yogurt instead of mayo.

    Just made this and it's wonderful ! I used a few sprigs of fresh dill and finely chopped onion and celery in the food processor.

Creamy Coconut Milk Ice Cream--tried 8/2012....truly wasn't bad, HOWEVER, definitely had a very different taste than regular ice cream. Was a bit too "egg-y" for my liking and very rich. If you had an allergy to dairy, this would be a yummy treat. Truthfully though, the caloric content of the coconut milk made me just want regular ol' ice cream.

    Just potatoes! I added a few cloves of garlic. Liquid is added when mashing, just like boiled version

    My crockpot is less than two months old; I started my potatoes on low around 12:15 today, fork-tested them at 6:30, and they were far from ready. Turned the crockpot to High, it's currently 9:37, and I'm still waiting for these potatoes to be ready to mash. I don't know what the issue here is, but not doing this method again.
