Homemade Blue cheese dressing - I love Bleu cheese dressing (I buy 'Marie's' or 'Naturally Fresh' and soften the taste of it it with mayo) on my spinach salad (w/sliced egg & mushrooms, garlic & butter croutons and real bacon pieces) - I make a "meal" out of it in a big bowl.
