I have a ton of old flower pots . . . could do this. (-: With little palm trees?? Must be something that doesn't need a lot of water, or close to a hose. Clay pot flower tower! :) (Feb. '12)

Neat herb garden idea - Potting Tree. Weave the pole through the watering hole in the bottom of each Terra Cotta pot. Fabulous.

Stack of Flower Pots Use a strong garden stake, or a piece of rebar from your home and garden store. Get several clay pots, the kind with the hole in the center of the bottom. Start at ground level with the biggest pot. Tilt it until the side touches the stake. Repeat tilting opposite way every other pot. Fill pots with soil and your favorite plants! *Update: Best to use rebar – (for strength) and hammer it into the ground- you don’t want your pots leaning or falling over.*

cedar leaning planters! i'd love 1 (or 3!) to grow a garden of herbs on our lanai. with a bad back, it'd be easier to garden w/o bending. Handmade by my bff's (@Cyndy Andrews Ristucci husband! $39

DIY herb gardens. Cut the soda bottle or any plastic bottle with a cover. Turn upside down; attach to board. I'm thinking of leaving the cover to the bottle on; punch in a few holes to drain excess water, but not have the soil drain out also.

Considering painting my flip-flop flower pot to give in a more artistic look. Good inspiration.

Flowers have spoken to me more than I can tell in written words. They are the hieroglyphics of angels, loved by all men for the beauty of their character, though few can decipher even fragments of their meaning. ,,love the pots,, lavenders

Got Herbs? Try this out in a Hanging Pocket Shoe Rack -This is perfect if you just have a small outdoor space. Just poke a few holes on the bottom of each pouch and fill with good soil, then a small rooted herb plant. If you water from the top, it trickles down to the lower 'pocket', like a waterfall, so don't over water!

indoor herbs . . . in lovely pots add to elegance and beauty. In the summer, they can go outside.
