Shamrock Protein Shake: Blend 1/2 low fat cottage cheese, 1/4 c. vanilla or plain protein powder (100 cals/scoop), 1/4 t. mint extract, 2-3 packets Splenda/Stevia, 5-10 ice cubes, 4 oz. water, 3 drops green food coloring, 1.5 T. sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix, pinch guar or xanthan gum. 180 calories, 5g fat, 30g protein.
