"Potato Tacos" Smashed boiled potatoes cooked in a chicken boullion cube. Layered on top of a warm corn tortilla then placed in medium high heat veg oil. Cook about 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels for excess grease. Then toss your favorite toppings like queso, tomatoes, lettuce, boiled eggs, avacados, salsa, sour cream, whatever you like!
