Low-Carb Breakfast Casserole with Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Goat Cheese
Mushroom, asparagus & goat cheese egg casserole. Made it for Easter and it was great. Sauteed the asparagus & mushrooms earlier in the day and prepped everything but the eggs. Just had to throw those in & bake. Was a hit with the crowd & cost effective & nutritious!
