My new favorite food-Quinoa!  Here's a side dish from AllRecipes:  I just made a few minor changes to this recipe.  I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and sauteed the onion with the garlic.  Lots of flavor!

Tomato-Basil Quinoa.      Made this 07/19/12 and am definitely keeping it in the recipe books!  James suggests less parmesan (1/3c) and maybe heating it after the tomatoes are in.
