APPLE NACHOS 3 apples 1 tsp lemon juice 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup flaked coconut 1/4 cup chocolate chips Sliced up apples. Lightly spritzed apples with lemon juice. Melt peanut butter. Drizzle over apples. Sprinkle with coconut, almonds, pecans and chocolate chips.
