First Pinterest post...Just came off a back injury and learning to keep my abs contracted to support my back and for a stronger core. Simple exercise: Lay flat on your back with your body totally stretched out straight like a log. With an exercise ball, pass between hands and feet slowly, making sure your abs are contracted.
